Personalized Learning Cohort
The Personalized Learning Certificate Program provides teachers with the opportunity to learn deeply and implement PL pedagogy and resources through a year-long action research project, meetings & trainings, collaboration & networking, and an off-site retreat.

ILP Teacher Pathways
The ILP Teacher Leadership Pathways Program is a teacher development program designed to be a program-wide system of advancement and recognition. All stellar teachers should be recognized and encouraged whether or not they wish to pursue promotions into leadership positions.
